SHIPPING AND DELIVERY All packages are normally shipped via Federal Express, 2nd Day Delivery. For Overnight Delivery, please click on the Overnight request selection as you complete the order process (Additional $14.00 Charge). All orders will be shipped after credit approval and order processing. This process may take 1 to 2 business days at which time the order will be shipped via 2nd Day Delivery or Overnight (if requested). When the order is shipped, an email is sent to you with the ship date, tracking number and direct link to rapidly track your shipment. All items offered for sale on this website should be available for shipping. However, if an item is out of stock or backordered, we will notify you by phone or email.
Our international customers are always notified of any additional shipping charges from the US to their international location before we process the order. Further, please note the international customer or recipient is responsible for any taxes and/or duties at the time of delivery. We ship via Insured United States Postal Service to military base overseas.
ALL SHIPMENTS REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON RECEIPT. If you are unable to sign for a shipment and the item is returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
